User Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any content, products, or services provided by Olympic Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Olympic Studio develops and licenses HTML5 casino slot games and related gaming software to licensed casino operators and gaming aggregators. Our products are intended solely for use by duly licensed and regulated businesses and are not offered directly to end consumers.

3. Eligibility

Access to our services is restricted to business entities that hold valid gaming licenses issued by recognized regulatory authorities. By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant that your organization is legally authorized to operate in the gaming industry in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All games, software, graphics, audio, trademarks, and related materials developed by Olympic Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Licenses granted under separate License Agreements are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the scope explicitly defined therein.

5. Partner Obligations

Partners and licensees agree to:

• Use our products only within the scope of the granted license;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and responsible gambling standards;
• Not sublicense, sell, or transfer access to our games without prior written consent;
• Maintain the integrity and presentation of all games without unauthorized modification;
• Promptly notify Olympic Studio of any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Olympic Studio makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olympic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged in the course of the business relationship, including but not limited to technical documentation, commercial terms, and integration details.

9. Amendments

Olympic Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olympic Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
